This notice explains how AccScale aligns with payment processor and Merchant of Record compliance requirements, including Stripe and Polar policy categories.
2. Service Classification
- AccScale is a digital software/SaaS analytics product.
- No physical goods fulfillment.
- No human consulting fulfillment as a paid deliverable.
- No marketplace resale or third-party fund routing.
3. Prohibited Use Alignment
AccScale does not permit use for categories commonly prohibited by Stripe/Polar, including:
- Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
- Adult content/services, gambling/betting, and get-rich schemes.
- Financial trading advice, brokerage-like services, money transmission.
- Medical advice or regulated healthcare claims.
- Spam/lead scraping/bulk unsolicited outreach operations.
- Counterfeit/IP-infringing activities or data resale.
4. Chargeback and Risk Controls
- No card-testing behavior or non-bona fide transactions.
- No hidden fees or misleading conversion claims.
- Clear digital fulfillment and immediate access model.
5. Ongoing Review
We periodically review policy changes from payment providers and update product, legal terms, and acceptable use controls accordingly.
