1. Acceptance

By using AccScale, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

AccScale provides software and SaaS-based analytics/diagnostic tools for digital business funnels. The service is delivered digitally.

3. No Professional Advice

AccScale outputs are informational and assistive. They are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, or financial advice.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws. Abuse, fraud, deceptive practices, or illegal use may result in suspension or termination.

6. Billing, Payments, and Refunds

  • Paid features are billed as displayed at checkout.
  • If a Merchant of Record/payment provider is used, payment terms, taxes, and invoice rules may also be governed by that provider.
  • Digital services may be non-refundable after access/delivery, except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
  • Card testing and non-bona fide transactions are prohibited and may be refunded or blocked for compliance reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the AccScale software, brand, and content. You retain ownership of your input data and grant us rights necessary to operate the service.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve performance, security, or compliance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create compliance, security, legal, or payment risk.

12. Processor & Merchant of Record Policies

Where payments are processed through Stripe and/or a Merchant of Record provider, your use may be subject to additional acceptable use, restricted business, risk, KYC/AML, and chargeback rules required by those providers.

13. Governing Law

Governing law and dispute handling shall be determined by the legal terms presented at checkout and/or our then-current legal notice.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
