Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines permitted and prohibited use of AccScale. It is designed to align with payment, platform, and legal compliance standards for digital SaaS businesses.

2. Allowed Use

  • Using AccScale for legitimate analytics and business operations.
  • Processing your own lawful business data.
  • Using outputs for internal decision support.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
  • Uploading data you do not have rights to use.
  • Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or system abuse.
  • Reselling or distributing personal/customer data.
  • Fake testimonials, fake social proof, or deceptive claims.
  • Using the service for spam, lead-harvesting, unsolicited bulk outreach, or policy circumvention.
  • Offering prohibited categories through the service interface, including content/services restricted by payment networks.
  • Using the service for gambling, adult content, financial trading advice, regulated medical advice, or prohibited high-risk categories.
  • Using the service for human consulting fulfillment, physical goods, donations-only transfers, or marketplace-style resale fulfillment.

4. Business Model Restrictions

AccScale is a digital software/SaaS product. It does not provide human consulting fulfillment, physical goods fulfillment, or money transfer services.

5. Payment Network & MoR Compliance

Merchants and users must comply with payment processor and Merchant of Record policies, including Stripe restricted/prohibited business rules and Polar acceptable use/account review requirements.

6. Trust and Quality

  • No fake testimonials, fake social proof, or misleading claims.
  • No deceptive pricing or undisclosed fees.
  • Product quality and reliability must not create a high risk of chargebacks, disputes, or consumer harm.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, usage limits, account suspension, termination, or legal reporting depending on severity.

8. Relationship to Other Terms

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
